CoachVikram & Company is a leadership development firm specializing in Executive Presence, registered in India. References to "we," "us," or "our" in these terms refer to CoachVikram & Company.
What We Offer
Our website, platform, and app provide access to the following:
- The EPI Assessment: A a behavioral diagnostic tool for senior leaders to measure how consistently they practice the behaviors of Executive Presence. It is available for individual purchase at coachvikram.com/assessment.
- The EP App: A development tool available to current CoachVikram clients to support their Executive Presence growth journey. Access is provided as part of an active client engagement.
- Programs and services: A leadership development programs, coaching, and related resources delivered by CoachVikram & Company.
- Website content: A articles, guides, newsletters, and other materials published on coachvikram.com.
Using Our Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the site in any way that violates applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
- Interfere with the site's functionality or security
- Reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content on the site without our written permission
Your Account
If you create an account on our platform, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your account or allow anyone else to complete the assessment on your behalf.
You must provide accurate information when registering. If your information changes, please update it.
The EPI Assessment
What it is. The EPI Assessment is a self-reported behavioral development tool. It is designed to help you understand your current leadership habits and identify areas for growth. It is not a psychological evaluation, a clinical assessment, a performance appraisal, or a tool for making hiring or promotion decisions. Results should be used for individual professional development only.
Payment. The assessment is available for purchase at USD 250. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. By completing payment, you also agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
Refunds. Because the report is generated and delivered digitally upon completion, we do not offer refunds once your report has been produced. If a technical issue prevents you from completing the assessment, contact us at [ and we will resolve it.
Your report. Your EPI report belongs to you. You may use it, share it, or keep it as you choose. We will not share your individual report with your organization, employer, or any third party without your explicit permission.
The EP App
The EP App is currently available to active CoachVikram clients. Access to the app is provided as part of your program engagement and is subject to the terms of that engagement. You may not share your app access with anyone outside your program cohort. Features and availability may change as the app continues to develop.
Programs and Services
Details of our coaching and training programs, including fees, timelines, and deliverables, are set out in separate program agreements. Those agreements take precedence over these terms where there is any conflict.
Intellectual Property
All content on coachvikram.com and within our platform and app, including the Executive Presence model, the EPI Assessment, the EP App, report designs, articles, and all related materials, is the intellectual property of CoachVikram & Company. It is protected by copyright law in India and internationally.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for any purpose without our prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites as resources for comtinued learning. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Visiting them is at your own discretion.
Disclaimer
Our assessment, app, and programs are provided in good faith to support your professional development. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. The EPI Assessment reflects your self-reported behaviors at the time of completion and may change as your practice evolves.
We make reasonable efforts to keep our website and platform available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, CoachVikram & Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website, platform, app, or services. Our total liability for any claim under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service under any circumstances.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
